SUBSTANCE: invention is related to tobacco production technology. Method includes extraction of mixture of peppermint and citrus pomace with liquid carbon dioxide with separation of corresponding miscella, impregnating mixture of fine fraction of tobacco with or without addition of cellulose-containing material with separated miscella with simultaneous pressure increase, reducing pressure to atmospheric pressure with simultaneous freezing of tobacco mixture, separating carbon dioxide by sublimation, addition of an invert syrup and a softener, fermentation and packaging in sealed packaging.

EFFECT: method allows to produce a target product not prone to stratification.
