FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used in drainage amelioration for washing cavities of drains from silt, acceleration of process of drying and prevent silting. Device for controlling drainage effluent includes drains 1, collector 2, sealed vessel 4, air valve 14 and inlet pipe. Device also includes float chamber 5 with drain channel 17 and float 11, placed inside vessel 4, lower edge of which is arranged inside discharge chamber 6 and is located above bottom of discharge chamber. Float 11 is attached to upper end of rigid rod 10, and valve 13 is installed on inner side of outlet hole, which is made in housing bottom and is connected with discharge chamber 6. Float Chamber 5 is hydraulically connected to collector 2 by linking channel 7 equipped with valve 8.

EFFECT: device increases efficiency of drying of water-logged soil and provides automation of operation by increasing operating pressure above collector with preservation of evacuation.
