FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in machines for drilling holes of small diameter, for example 0.1…0.2 mm. Machine comprises frame 1, drilling head 4 and head 3 for fastening workpiece, which are located on inclined platform 2. Head 3 for fastening workpiece is configured for displacement in aerostatic guides, which are connected with aerostatically unloaded pneumatic cylinder 6. Platform 2 can change angle of inclination relative to horizontal frame 1 and fixed by screw 8. In working chamber of pneumatic cylinder air is supplied via "nozzle-damper" 11 regulator.
EFFECT: using invention improves reliability of drilling small-diameter holes.
