FIELD: energy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind power engineering. Wind-driven power plant includes rotor installed on horizontal shaft, electric current generator fasteners. Rotor is made in form of a row of crosspieces fixed on shaft with hollow hemispheres at ends. Rotor is double-armed and is configured to turn about a central vertical axis. Hemispheres on crosspieces are arranged along a conditional helical line. Hemispheres on crosspieces are secured to allow swing.
EFFECT: invention ensures smoothness of rotor rotation in wind gusts, increasing or decreasing amount of liquid precipitation.
