FIELD: pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, in particular, to non-separating primary devices for multi-stage submersible pumps. Device includes a housing, a shaft with radial support, on which is mounted a disperser in form of a stack of steps, consisting of stator-sleeves and rotor-screws having on mating surfaces protrusions and cavities, and a pressure unit made of a stack of axial stages, each of which comprises placed in housing an impeller and guide vanes with blades mounted on central sleeve. Inner surface of barrel of guide vanes and impeller spacer, forming an external wall of flow channel of axial stage, are cylindrical. Inside guide vanes are fitted additional shaft supports in form of a radial bearing, arranged in annular groove between central sleeve of guide vanes and mating cylindrical bushing, fixed on shaft. Additional shaft supports are arranged at such distance from each other, that frequency of natural vibrations of shaft with installed on it impellers and rotor-screws differs by not less than 20 % of shaft rotational frequency.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of spraying gas-liquid mixture in maximally wide range of feeding of main pumps and reliability.
