FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to oil industry and can be used for sand oil wells equipped with tubing oil-well sucker-rod pumps. Device comprises a liquid filter that is arranged at the intake side of the pump and is used to purify the obtained liquid from solid suspended particles; the filter is arranged concentrically, outside the intake pipe; orifices to supply filtered liquid to the pump, a spring-loaded piston, a pump cylinder with an intake valve and a plunger with a discharge valve. Piston that is spring-loaded from below is arranged in the intake pipe above the pump intake valve; it has a central rod in its top end and covers with its side surface the orifice in the intake pipe; the orifice provides communication of the pump cylinder and the cavity between the pump intake pipe and filter when the position is in its lowest position.
EFFECT: simplified use and reliable operation of the filter.
