FIELD: ventilation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ventilation of double-track metro tunnels. Method of ventilating double-track metro tunnels, including year-round supply of outside air into double-tunnel via plenum ventilation shaft located at station, and removal of tunnel air from double-track tunnel through exhaust ventilation shafts. One of shafts is located at same station as influent shaft, and other - on neighbouring station. External air from plenum ventilation shaft is fed into ventilation channel, located in upper part of tunnel, and then through a valve connecting central part of ventilation channel with tunnel, air is bypassed into tunnel to enable its movement along it in opposite directions. Before feeding into ventilation channel in winter time external air is mixed with tunnel air, having positive temperature, that is collected directly from station. Amount of tunnel air mixed with external air, is determined depending on amount of external air and its temperature at ratio: where GN is weight amount of external air, kg/s; ttr is temperature of air fed into ventilation channel after mixing cold external air and part of tunnel air, °C; tn is external air temperature, °C; tt is tunnel air temperature at station, °(C).

EFFECT: technical result is providing throughout length of section of a tunnel and on metro stations conditions, guaranteeing safety of tunnels in standard and emergency situations, as well as regulated sanitary parameters of air medium, in particular, a positive temperature tunnel air in winter period and preventing overshooting of maximum permissible temperature in summer.
