FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to electrical engineering, more specifically to high-voltage overhead lines and power transmission networks of type high VVL 110-220, ultrahigh voltage class VVL 220-330; 330-750 and ultra-high voltage class above 750 kV and methods of their erection, operation and transportation of electric power. High-voltage overhead line of a high-voltage power network includes mounted on foundations tower supports with traverses, insulators, terminal and trunnion-type clamps without damaging shell, and a set of high-temperature composite electric wires fixed therein, each of which comprises a core with at least one composite strand and multi-strand layer. High-voltage overhead line is mounted during erection or operational repair, reconstruction, restoration based on a method providing technological and operational undamageability of electric wires by means of complex developed mounting-process equipment and use for laying electric wires line of individual length, equal to full anchor factory length of line or its mounting section, which prevents additional losses of transmitted electric power in electric wire joints, number of which is minimised.

EFFECT: process solutions, providing said technical result, include mounting with expansion of electric wire through tensioner and provision of technological tension of electric wire using a tensioner, use of expansion rollers with nondamaging bed, for example, equipped with rubber layer, and exact regulation of minimum radii of reels with factory winding of electric wire and reels of tensioner from condition of nondamaging high-efficient low-consumption materials and reduced resistance per unit of transmitted electric power.
