FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technical devices for testing a soil foundation base by die. Strain-gauge sectional die comprises a sensitive element and measuring device for measuring contact pressure. Sensitive element is located between the soil base and rigid die, is made in the form of elastic plate of constant thickness from material with elasticity modulus, which is 10 or more times smaller than elasticity die material modulus, and has dimensions and shape of the die in plan and thickness equal to not more than 1/10 of die width. Die and elastic plate have coaxial through holes, each of which serves as a geometrical center of the section, physically or virtually recovered from elastic plate, and where hollow cylinders with rods are fixed or made in the body of the rigid die, rods can freely move relative to hollow cylinders, but they are fixed by anchors, made in the form of discs, on the lower edge of the elastic plate, rods moving relative to hollow cylinders is determined by measuring devices.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of the strain gauge die due to measuring two-dimensional distribution of contact pressure at the bottom of the die, reduced manufacturing and operation complexity, as well as low cost thereof.
