FIELD: aviation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of testing strength of aircraft. To estimate loading of aircraft structure during flight strength tests method includes measuring values of power factors of reaction of structure with deformation sensors, arranged on aircraft structure, transmitting measured values and values of flight parameters from memory of onboard recorders into computer memory, constructing, training and testing four artificial neural networks. First step includes determining relative to stationary-loaded short time intervals, second step includes calculating average values of flight parameters, power factors, third step includes constructing, training with teacher and testing two separate neural networks in a certain manner for static and dynamic components, fourth step includes constructing multidimensional loading models based on constructed neural networks and forecast based on power factors, forming a third neural network for prediction of spectral characteristics of dynamic components of power factors and diagnosis of damages, forming a fourth neural network using average values of flight parameters and average values of spectral characteristics of dynamic components of power factors for detecting power factors having greatest influence on flight parameters.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of strength analysis results and reduced number of test modes and flights.
