FIELD: mining engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and mining equipment, namely to devices for crushing of minerals. Conical crusher comprises housing, unbalanced vibrators and taper ring accommodating crushing cone with hydraulic support, forming with conical ring crushing chamber. Housing includes support guides installed in bores of foundation posts in thrust bearings via damping spacer. Support guides are arranged to displace housing only in horizontal plane by value of deformation of the crushed material, which is determined by formula $$\epsilon =1-\frac{h_k}{h},$$ where h_k is distance between surfaces of conical ring and cone at moment corresponding to beginning of compression layer, and h is distance between surfaces of conical ring and cone at their maximum approach. Crusher enables higher efficiency and reliability in particular due to stabilisation of the parallel position of axes of cones with rolling of external cone over crushing internal cone.

EFFECT: crushing of minerals.
