FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to electro-active material containing silicon. Described is powder for use in electro-active materials including silicon-containing fragments of electro-active porous particles, characterised by that fragments of porous particles are selected from group comprising: a. pore-containing fragment of porous particle, containing network of pores, cavities, and channels, at that, said pores, cavities, and channels are separated and confined by silicon-containing walls inside structure of particles; b. fractal having generally irregular shape or surface morphology, formed from silicon material, initially determines or limiting pores, or pore network inside porous particles, from which fractals are formed, wherein fractals do not contain pores, channels, or pore or channel network; c. fractal having generally irregular shape or surface morphology, formed from silicon material, initially limiting unordered or ordered network of linear, branched, or layered elongated elements, between elongated elements therein are located one or more separate or interconnected empty spaces or channels. Invention also describes method for producing powder, electrode, method for producing electrode, accumulator, and device comprising battery.
EFFECT: technical result is electrically active material based on silicon with constant thickness, homogeneity, and porosity.
