FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for controlling process of crushing and for controlling efficiency of crushing machines, and can be applied to construction materials industry, in metallurgical, mining, and ore mining industries. Device comprises adjustable electric drive of feeder, setting unit and productivity sensor, connected to productivity controller, power controller and sensor for crusher drive, sensor for outsized piece of material, sensor for exit conveyor belt speed, and sensor for material level in intake bin. Device therein is equipped with sensor and material level controller in crusher. To first input of power controller, output of productivity controller is connected. To second input of power controller, power sensor is connected. Power controller output is connected to first input of material level controller in crusher. To second input of power controller, a material level sensor in crusher is connected. Controlled electric drive of feeder is connected to output of material level controller in crusher, to sensor for outsized piece of material, to material level sensor in intake bin, and sensor for exit conveyor belt speed.
EFFECT: device provides higher accuracy of automatic control.
