FIELD: textile.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed to produce intensified and prolonged therapeutic action of biologically active substances on a patient's skin in affected areas when treating bedsores and burns. Said technical result is achieved due to treating textile material with nano- and microemulsion with included encapsulated biologically active substances in the form of natural sea-buckthorn or silver fir oil. To prepare nano-and microemulsion the following components are used, g/l: anionic surfactant 2-5, nonionic surfactant 0.1-1.0, natural sea buckthorn (fir) oil 1-10, cationic polyelectrolyte 3-7, water up to 1 l, nano- and microcapsules are affixed on material surface by additional impregnation with solution of anionic polyelectrolyte.
EFFECT: produced textile material is used for production of anti-decubital and fluidized articles.
