SUBSTANCE: invention relates to versions of production of deicing materials based of food culinary salt, calcined calcium chloride and corrosion inhibitors, and may be used for obtaining solid deicing material with low corrosion activity. Method for producing solid deicing material comprises mechanical mixing of crystalline salt, culinary rock salt of Class I, crystalline calcined calcium chloride of first technical grade, crystalline metal corrosion inhibitors, crystalline surfactant, and crystalline acidity regulator. During production of deicing material each component of corrosion inhibitor is saturated with heavy isotopes of carbon 13C so that ratio of carbon isotopes 13C to total amount of carbon in component equals to 0.005 to 0.75. Also each component of corrosion inhibitor is saturated with heavy isotopes of nitrogen 15N so that ratio of nitrogen isotopes 15N to total amount of nitrogen in component equals to 0.0001 to 0.1375.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain solid deicing material with low corrosion activity and with highly effective corrosion inhibitor due to enrichment of corrosion inhibitor with heavy isotopes of carbon 13C and nitrogen 15N in reactor plant with cavitation reactor.
