SUBSTANCE: includes a housing with a slot fixed on the door frame, inside the slot there is a transferable plate with a possibility of its turn at 180° relative to fastening axis, protruding end of the throw-over plate with electric contact prevents door opening, and it is connected to the input of electronic display panel through the triggering pulse forming element and a random number generator, installed on the door, that reduces the time of sealing the service room.
EFFECT: invention can be used to control opening-closing of the service rooms.
