SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, and it can be used for treating dislipoproteinemia and atherosclerosis. For this purpose benzene sulphonate 1-methyl-3-ethyl is applied, 4,5 (bis-N-methylcarbamoyl) of imidazolium as a hypolipidemic and antiatherosclerotic agent for treatment of atherogenic dislipoproteinemia and atherosclerosis of various localizations.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce level of cholesterol and triglycerides in blood serum, it reduces the atherosclerotic aorta and has low toxicity.
