SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport, namely to devices installed in the running gear of wheel vehicle to stabilize its oscillations in motion. Pneumotorsional stabilizer of vibrations is made in the form of a structure installed on the power bracket in the industrial holes of cross frame transverse of wheel vehicle, and consists of bearing axle with hinge and clamping mechanism. Bearing axis is made in the form of torsion coaxial shafts with multifaceted splines mating by elastic coupling. Clamping mechanism consists of longitudinal reactive links arranged by the ends on the external many-sided slots of torsion coaxial shafts of carrying axle, in the following ends of which the support links with square cross-section are installed, the lower plane of which rests on air cushion mounted in the upper part of the axle. Support links are secured to the axle with bolt stairs with fasteners.

EFFECT: increase of flotation and speed of the vehicle is achieved.
