FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used for tightening threaded joints. Pneumatic wrench 1 with electronic control of torque comprises moment sensor 3, control device 4, consisting of analogue-to-digital converter 5, first 6 and second 10 memory registers, digital comparators 7 and 18, computing devices 8, 15, 16, 17, pulse counter 9, flip-flop 11, digital display unit 14. Nut wrench calibration is performed by tightening threaded joint through reference torque sensor to achieve specified value of torque of disconnection of nut wrench. Calibration factor is calculated as ratio of average torque value measured by reference torque sensor, to average torque measured by pneumatic wrench. To determine average values not less than seven tightenings of threaded joint are carried out.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of calibrating nut wrench and easier calibration.
