SUBSTANCE: disk tool (10) of the rotation limiter for the combination of a disk drum cylinder lock and a key is configured to be turned by key (11), herewith the rotation limiter has no parts secured without the possibility of rotation to internal cylinder (1). Disk tool (10) of the rotation limiter is formed by part (10B) of the casing and part (10A) of the limiter. Part (10B) of the casing is a round disk with hole (53) in the middle of the disc. Hole passes upward to edge (52) of the disk expanding towards the edge, and in the direction of a segment on the wider side of the hole there is part (10A) of the limiter. On inner surface (62) of internal cylinder (1) there is concave (25) on the pace of disk tool (10) of the rotation limiter. Key (11) has at least one recess (12) with skewed edges.

EFFECT: proposed is a disk tool of the rotation limiter for the combination of a disk drum cylinder lock and a key.
