SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gates of overflow valves and can be used in drilling equipment. Shut-off device is made in the form of a pressed to the seat spherical gate in form of a ball segment arranged with its base upwards with the possibility of movement, incorporates support elements made in the form of curvilinear legs bent in the direction to the top of the ball segment. Support elements are connected with the spherical gate and the support made, for example, in the form of a ring with a hole for the liquid passage. Shut-off device is made as a single part from an elastic wear-resistant material, for example polyurethane.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of reliability of the valve operation.
