FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, namely, to mushroom growing. Method involves adding to the substrate dry brewer grains in the amount of 3-5 % to the weight of the raw substrate, laying casing soil pretreated with a preparation containing calcium ions, and formalin, watering the casing soil twice in 2-3 days with water solution of a growth regulator containing stable association of aerobic and anaerobic leading soil anabiotic microorganisms at the concentration of 1.0-1.2 ml/l of water, which is followed by watering the casing soil with an aqueous solution of the growth regulator at the same concentration after harvesting mushrooms of each wave. Brewer grains dried at temperature +35÷+40 °C are used. Baikal EM-1 preparation can be used as a growth regulator.
EFFECT: method increases yield and quality of white button mushrooms.
