FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to detergent neutralising and disinfectant compositions, intended mainly for washing road pavements and structures, as well as areas adjacent thereto. Detergent contains,wt%: nonionic surfactant 3.0-25.0; cationic surfactant 1.0-6.0; alkali metal polyphosphate 0.1-8.0; carbamide (urea) 0.1-7.0; liquid glass 2.0-5.0; salt of nitrous acid and nitric acid 0.1-3.0; polymer component 0.1-0.8; anticorrosion additive 0.1-10.0, and water - balance.
EFFECT: technical result consists in integrated detergent, disinfectant and neutralising action of agent, additionally reducing dusting of washed road section and having a benign effect on roadside plants.
