Method involves intramuscular injections in 15- and 29-day age of liosols of iron nanoparticles with particle size of 80.5±5.5 nm in dose of 2 mg/kg of live weight together addition of arginine in ration in 15-day age in amount of 10 g per kg of ration.

EFFECT: use of invention provides higher productivity of chickens.
