SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry, namely to methods of limiting water inflow in well, using liquid glass, and can be used in edge or injected sealing formation water pressure maintenance system, as well as elimination of flooding cone. Method of repair and insulation works in well involves pumping of liquid glass and gel-forming regulator into isolated interval. Pumping is performed in cycles, number of which depends on intake capacity of isolated interval. Liquid glass is water solution of liquid glass, diluted with fresh water in ratio 1:2, gel-forming regulator is aqueous solution of calcium chloride with concentration of 30-35 % and density 1,282-1,337 kg/m³ or chloro-calcium type formation water, brought to density of 1,282-1,337 kg/m³ by addition of calcium chloride, at following ratio of components in pts. vol: aqueous solution of liquid glass 5.7-6.0, aqueous solution of calcium chloride with concentration of 30-35 % and density 1,282-1,337 kg/m³ or chloro-calcium type formation water, brought to density of 1,282-1,337 kg/m³ by addition of calcium chloride, 0.9-1.3.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency and prolonging effect of repair in isolating works by means of water inflow blocking with extended waterproofing screen, resistant to pressure drops.
