SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to pharmaceutics and medicine and concerns pharmaceutical composition for treating prostate cancer or breast cancer, containing water-soluble matrix, containing effective amount of pharmaceutically active substance and absorption amplifier with HLB from 8 to 16, where active substance is selected from group consisting of diethylstilbestrol and pharmaceutically acceptable salts of diethylstilbestrol, wherein matrix is a film and absorption amplifier represents one or more esters of fatty acid and saccharose. Method of treating and using composition for preparing of drug is also disclosed.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides introduction of composition into oral cavity for selective adsorption of active substance by mucosa tissue for fast start of active substance's action, bypassing gastrointestinal tract in cancer treatment.
