FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used for cryogenic temperatures. Device for measuring cryogenic temperatures contains a resistance thermometer reference resistor and current source connected to current input of resistance thermometer. Current source is configured to be controlled in the form of an operational amplifier, its direct input is connected to one output of the reference voltage source, and its inverting output is connected to the potential output of resistance thermometer. Second potential output of the thermometer is connected to the second output of the source of reference voltage through the follower, and the current input of resistance thermometer is connected to a reference resistor and the point of its connection is the output of the device.
EFFECT: improved measurement accuracy of cryogenic temperatures and simplified circuit of the device.
