FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production of construction materials and can be used for production of concrete construction articles, subjected to heat and moisture treatment during hardening. Water-repellent granular aggregate for concrete mixture is made in form of granules with size of 0.315-1.25 mm, consisting of core and shell, where core is produced by mixture granulation of jointly ground to specific surface of 250-450 m2/kg of silica-containing component, gaize or flue ash, water-repellent agent, calcium stearate or GKZh-11 BSP, and alkali metal hydroxide, sodium hydroxide in their weight ratio of 0.840-0.949:0.001-0.010:0.05-0.15 with binder, of sodium silicate aqueous solution with density of 1.2-1.3 g/cm3, and protective shell on core surface is formed by its powdering in dry powdered environment of Portland cement or Portland-slag cement with subsequent hardening to strength not less than 0.12 MPa. Concrete mixture for making construction articles contains, wt%: said filler 10-40, binder 15-25, quartz sand 30-50, Polyplast SP-1 0.05-0.15, water - the rest. Method of concrete construction articles producing involves mixing components of said mixture, construction articles moulding, maintenance in molds and heat and moisture treatment under atmospheric pressure and temperature of 70-90 °C. Concrete construction article, produced using said method.

EFFECT: technical result is higher strength, water resistance, decreased concrete construction articles water absorption and efflorescence formation on concrete articles surface.
