FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engine building. TJE LPC rotor shaft support is equipped with rotor shaft oscillations hydraulic elastic-damping system and comprises roller bearing, which separates support to stator and rotor parts. Stator part comprises roller bearing body, connected to support body. Support body is enveloped with LPC VGV inner body circular element with formation of two compact annular cavities. One of said cavities is equipped with resilient ring, which is equipped with single-sided projections from outer and inner sides, mutually shifted in circle in one with angular frequency of γv.u.k.=(2.2÷4.8) [units/rad]. Second cavity comprises of “squirrel cage” type element made in support body in form of longitudinal resilient beams system, separated by slits made with width in (1.1÷2.4) times higher than beams width, and located with angular frequency γb.b.k., defined in range γb.b.k.=(7.2÷14.4) [units/rad]. Stator part comprises “squirrel cage” cavity forming element connected to support body, air breathing and supercharge cavities with labyrinths covers fixed on it. Oil cavity radial-end garter seal contact segmented sealing band is arranged in roller bearing casing. Support rotor part includes rotor shaft front bearing trunnion, changing into rotor shaft first stage disk forming integral part with it. Roller bearing inner ring is arranged on trunnion, garter seal contact bushing and two multi-crested labyrinths ring, movable locking supercharging air cavity on both sides. Roller bearing housing is made with radial developed flange for connection to support casing front end flange. Flange is equipped with four groups of holes for alignment, attachment, roller bearing disassembly and removal of oil, respectively, mating to similar groups of holes in support housing front end flange.

EFFECT: group of inventions technical result consists in engine stable operation operating modes range expansion with rotor shaft vibrations damping without entering into resonance frequencies and increase of compressor and engine as a whole service life.
