FIELD: furnaces and ovens.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of furnaces and method of superheated steam generation and can be used in equipment baths of stationary and mobile types, as well as for domestic and industrial premises heating. Steam generator for bath furnaces includes vertically oriented housing, formed by outer and inner shells, installed with radial clearance relative to each other to form annular gap between them and connected to each other at ends. Steam generator housing bottom is made shaped with seat for chimney outlet jointing, and steam generator housing upper part is made shaped for chimney inlet part jointing. Inside housing vessel is installed with radial clearance between its walls and inner shell walls, having channels for supply of water inside its cavity and heated-up water discharge from said cavity. Water supply and discharge channels of said vessel are passing through annular gap between shells and connect vessel cavity with source of water and storage tank for heated water/hot water consumer. Annular gap between inner and outer shells is divided in axial direction for isolated annular cavities, upper and lower, by means of partition, into which vertical branch pipe is installed, which cavity connects cavities of said annular cavities to each other. Upper annular cavity has water supply branch pipe, and lower annular cavity has steam discharge pipe from said cavity. In this embodiment annular gap area between vessel wall and inner shell wall is equal to or greater than furnace one outlet area.
EFFECT: increasing fuel combustion products heat output.
