SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, particularly to residential facilities sanitation method. In method of residential and industrial rooms, concrete buildings cleaning of releasing from concrete ammonia, based on non-volatile inorganic and organic strong acids solution introduction into concrete or into finishing materials applied onto it with article heating and solution itself, as well as introduction of absorber for ammonia neutralization using chemical method, absorber is expanded pearlite, which is placed into non-volatile strong acids solution before introduction into concrete or finishing materials, thoroughly stirred. After excess acid solution removal and partial drying pearlite granules are subjected to outer surface mechanical cleaning of acid residues. Then granules are placed in ready finishing solution for application on concrete surface or into concrete solution itself for production of structures and thoroughly mixed with them.

EFFECT: technical result is intensified ammonia sanitation process releasing from construction materials, more deep purification of building structures from contaminants.
