DEVICE FOR IMPREGNATION OF LEATHER-FUR SEMI-PRODUCT, PROCESSED AT IMPLEMENTATION OF DEFORMATION OF CYCLIC EXPANSION-COMPRESSION Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC C14B1/08 

FIELD: textile industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to leather and fur production and can be used for single-piece processing of leather-fur semi-finished product in anhydric and low water media, for example, with second-order type emulsions “water-in-oil”. Device for impregnation of leather-fur semi-product, processed at implementation of deformation of cyclic expansion-contraction, consists of section (a) and additional section (b) (see fig. 1), each of which consists of the following elements: housing 1, fixed on the base 2, housing 1 accommodates cylindrical tank 3, which is connected with compressor 4 by flexible hose 5 by means of branch pipe 6 and clamps 7. On cylindrical vessel 3 secured rubber membrane 8 with the help of ring 9 with fastener is fixed, on which semi-finished product 10 is placed which is of irregular shape for application on it of working compositions by method of irrigation . Semi-finished product 10 of irregular shape is in free position between rubber membrane 8 and rubber belts 11 of throw-over cover 12. Throw-over cover 12 is made in the form of a ring 13 with fixed rubber belts 11 fixed on it to ensure uniform distribution of work composition on the surface of leather-fur semi-product 10 of irregular shape and providing alternate operation of both sections (a) and (b). For compressed air discharge from housing 1 slide valve 14 is installed, providing possibility of cyclo-dynamic supply of compressed air into cylindrical vessel 3. Slide valve 14 is connected to the cylindrical vessel 3 with flexible hose 15 with the help of pipe 16 and clamps 17. Housing 1 and throw-over cover 12 are interconnected by electric drive, consisting of motor 18, reduction gear 19 and belt transmission 20. Control is performed by control board 21.

EFFECT: device allows to increase efficiency while ensuring high quality of impregnation of leather-fur semi-product, to intensify the process of impregnation and improves working conditions of operator.
