SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vulcanized compositions based on epoxy groups containing nitrile rubbers. Vulcanized composition in the solid form contains nitrile rubber with epoxy groups, which contains repeating links, conjugated diene derivatives and α,β-unsaturated nitrile. As a cross-linking agent the composition contains Lewis or Brensted acid. Herewith the amount of other cross-linking agents is less than 2.5 wt% per 100 wt% of nitrile rubber with epoxy groups.
EFFECT: vulcanizates as per the invention have extremely low residual compression at room temperature, 100 °C and 150 °C and are characterized by high tension stress and high breaking elongation.
