SUBSTANCE: invention relates to accounting for consumption of hydrocarbon resources and products recycled from said resources, heat energy, heat carriers, as well as gaseous and liquid fuel, consumed by power plants. Invention relates to electronic means of settling payments and can be used in systems for monitoring data during consumption of resources. System includes software-hardware systems for each business entity and tax body, intended for receiving data over a communication channel and a terminal device for collecting and transmitting data of an individual recorder on moment of acquisition, date, time and place of operations, on quantitative and cost indicators with accrued total of sold by each entity and storage of obtained data with control and cash registers, individual recorder is configured to store data on each operation of acquisition and delivery of resources with an accrued total, and power plant is equipped with navigation system.
EFFECT: technical result consists in implementation in real time of more accurate monitoring of consumption of resources with accrued total for entire service life.
