SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sanitary engineering. Device comprises a toilet, bowl configured to receive solid waste being formed in the toilet, bowl is hydrophilic. Device also comprises spray unit (480), detection unit, having at least one of devices: room entrance detection sensor (402), human body detection sensor (403) and a seat contact detection sensor (404), control unit 405 which controls spraying at least one fluid selected from: water and hypochlorous acid water from spray unit (480) before the use of the toilet, when the user detection unit detects a user, and spraying hypochlorous acid water from spraying unit (480) after the use of the toilet, when a prescribed amount of time has passed from when the user detection unit no longer detects a user. Room entrance detection sensor (402) is configured to detect the user entering the toilet room, human body detection sensor (403) is configured to detect the user in front of the toilet seat, and a seat contact detection sensor (404) is configured to detect the user seated on the toilet seat.

EFFECT: invention provides cleanliness of the surface of the bowl.
