FIELD: astronautics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to detachable connections and is intended for use in space-rocket equipment, in particular, in devices for separation of cryogenic filling mains, and can be used in machine building. In a detachable connection consisting of an onboard union with a flange and a replaceable union with a flange both secured on the rocket units with a sealing element between them on the end face surface of the replaceable union flange the is a groove, in which there is a sealing element in the form of a spring-loaded gasket from a cryogenic-resistant material. On the flange of the replaceable union a coupling nut is screwed to cover the end face of the replaceable union flange, between the coupling nut and the flange the replaceable union a washer is installed, and the gasket sealing nib is pressed to the sealing surface of the onboard flange by a spring split ring, the incision of which is made with a gap at an angle in the plane perpendicular to the ring plane. On the flanges bodies of the onboard and the replaceable unions there are elements of temporary fastening made in the form of pairs of additional eyes located opposite each other. Each of the eyes of the onboard union flange has a hole, and each of the eyes of the replaceable union flange has a threaded hole, herewith in each pair of the holes arranged opposite each other there is a tightening screw.
EFFECT: inventions provide tightness in a wide temperature range (from cryogenic up to above-zero ones) while maintaining high reliability of separation of the stationary and the replaceable unions with flanges.
