DRY HYDROLYTIC LIGNIN PRODUCTION METHOD Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC C08H7/00 C08L97/00

Abstract RU 2605563 C2

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of hydrolyzed lignin supply for drying, which includes following stages: laying of hydrolytic lignin with low content of moisture in range of 0-45 % on supply mechanism working surface; laying of hydrolytic lignin with high moisture content in range of 55-80 % above hydrolytic lignin with low moisture content, avoiding contact of hydrolytic lignin with low content of moisture with mechanism working surface; wherein ratio of hydrolytic lignin with high moisture content to hydrolytic lignin with low moisture content is equal to 1:6-10:1; and supply of hydrolytic lignin with low content of moisture and hydrolytic lignin with high moisture content to drying device. Invention also relates to explosion and flameproof method of hydrolytic lignin drying using gas-air heat exchanger, involving following sages: mixing of hydrolytic lignin with relatively high moisture content within 55-80 % with hydrolysis lignin with relatively low content of moisture within 0-45 % to produce hydrolytic lignin intermediate mixture; wherein ratio of hydrolytic lignin with high moisture content to hydrolytic lignin with low moisture content is equal to 1:6-10:1; wherein hydrolytic lignin with moisture content within 0-45 % is laid on belt conveyor prior to laying on said belt conveyor of hydrolytic lignin with moisture content within 55-80 % in order to produce hydrolytic lignin mixture; supply of produced intermediate hydrolytic lignin mixture into drier pipe; preliminary drying of intermediate hydrolytic lignin mixture with first heat carrier flow in dryer pipe for producing pre-dried hydrolytic lignin with relative moisture content less than, in intermediate hydrolytic lignin mixture; wherein first heat carrier temperature is 60-425 °C; supply of pre-dried hydrolytic lignin into drying and grinding plant; additional drying of pre-dried hydrolytic lignin with second heat carrier flow in drying and grinding plant to produce finally dried hydrolytic lignin with relative moisture content less than in previously dried hydrolytic lignin; wherein second heat carrier temperature is 180-425 °C; and supply of finally dried hydrolytic lignin into screening and storage zone; and separation of finally dried hydrolytic lignin particles by coarseness using inclined vibration screens in order to obtain sorted hydrolytic lignin. Dry hydrolytic lignin powder can have moisture content of less than 30 %.

EFFECT: disclosed is dry hydrolytic lignin production method.
