FIELD: metal processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming. Roller centering device comprises bed 1, wherein at the angle of 120° relative to each other there are three rollers 2. Rollers 2 through their rotation axes 3 are mounted in cases 4. Cases 4 are connected with rods 5 of power cylinders 6 arranged in bed 1. Power cylinders 6 are used as drives of synchronous movement of rollers 2 with cases 4 to the centering axis and therefrom. Each of the cases is equipped with a pair of torsion springs 7 in the inversed manner installed on axes of their rotation, herewith one end of each spring rests on the case, the other end – on the bed.
EFFECT: increased service life of the centering devices rollers and improved quality of centered rolled and forged pieces are ensured by the fact that each of the cases is arranged able to turn about the axis aligned with the direction of its movement and shifted from the plane of the roller rotation axis parallel to the direction of its movement.
