FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry and can be used in underground development of deposits with stowing of mined space with hardening mixtures based on fine aggregate, for example dressing tailings. Method for preparation of cast hardening backfill mixtures based on fine aggregate includes dosed supply of binder, water and their mixing, mixing binder in form of cement with water and preliminarily dehydrated in hydrocyclones fine aggregates – ore dressing tailings with size of 0.15 mm, after which obtained solution is subjected to homogenisation and activation in a pulse of hydropercussion-cavitation device with pulse frequency 5,000–6,000 im/s with following ratio of said components: ore dressing tailings – 1,039–1,246 kg/m3, cement – 170–400 kg/m3 of mixture, water 500 l.
EFFECT: technical result is faster hardening and increased strength of filling mass due to higher degree of hydration and activation of components of backfill mixtures.
