FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engine-building, particularly to internal combustion engine (ICE) starting devices. In proposed device described is ICE starter (10), having preliminary activation drive (16) actuating lever (190), by which starting gear (22) is engaged or disengaged from ICE flywheel gear rim (25) and on which pretensioned resilient element (212) is fixed, at least one support arm (216) of which is actuated directly by preliminary activation drive (16) traction element (187), for this purpose traction element (187) has hole (214), in which first supporting arm (216) of pretensioned resilient element (212) is installed, applying to starting gear (22) via lever section (202, 204) its force (228, 234) acting in its actuation direction and having at least one twisted section (220, 222), wherein twisted section (220, 222) rests on fixing projections (242), arranged sidewise opposite to each other in cavity (244) in lever (190) intended for resilient element installation.
EFFECT: disclosed is starter of internal combustion engine.
