FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical switch installation structure having housing (102) and fixed contact (110, 112), mounted to slot (103, 203) in housing wall (102). Structure comprises compensation means within slot (203) inner area to enable installation of fixed contacts with two different dimensions (110, 210, 310) to slot (103, 203), wherein compensation means comprise one or more projections (109, 209), formed on housing (102) or fixed contact, and one or more recesses (318), formed on housing (102) or fixed contact, to receive one or more projections.
EFFECT: technical result is enabling of simple and safe use of switches of different types with efficient damping of arc at contacts separation.
