SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of razor cartridges. Method for manufacturing razor cartridges includes providing a molded plastic housing. Said housing comprises elastic supporting members, elastically supporting a cutting member. Cutting member has an elongated edge, extending from a first lateral surface to a second lateral surface of housing and accessible through a window. Pre-clamp is assembled with housing by placing leg portions on either side of hollow space. Base extends through edge of the member. Leg portions are deformed to cooperate with bottom face of housing to hold member in housing. Also disclosed is a system for manufacturing razor cartridges.

EFFECT: technical result is providing an upper zone of support for lateral sides of cutting member and more accurate determination of its position.
