FIELD: gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas compression and pumping and can be used in drilling, development and operation of oil and gas wells, as well for filling a vehicle with liquefied gas. Device for compression of gas comprises supply pipe 1 with impact valve 2, pressure cap 3 with damper 4 inside it, in form of a hollow chamber, connected to pipe 1 with possibility of filling its inner cavity of working medium. Outer side of damper 4 faces inner cavity of cap 3, as well as inlet and bypass valves 5 and 6. Pipe 1 is made in form of a closed hydraulic circuit. Valves 5 and 6 are connected to inner cavity of cap 3. Additionally there is control valve 7, pump 9, expansion tank 10, heat exchanger 8 and pressure regulator 11. Valve 7 is installed between cap 3 and pipe 1, in which are successively incorporated heat exchanger 8 and pump 9, input of which connected to tank 10. Pressure regulator 11 is installed at outlet of valve 6.
