FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: device for solutions producing comprising a housing secured on a platform, elastically installed in frame, a loading and unloading devices, a vibrator horizontally installed under the platform. The housing is made spiral out of hollow tunnel with multiple-thread helical surface along perimeter rolled along spiral axis 0₁-0₁ around central straight axis 0₂-0₂ of the spiral housing, having helical grooves inside at angle to its spiral axis in form of curvilinear pockets with curvature centers inside the cross-section of the hollow tunnel, and assembled out of sections in form of rings with same form and dimensions, the rings are rolled out of same straps having diamond shape, on them trapeziums are located, their side strings are located on side sides of the diamond-shape strap, and top and bottom bases of the trapezium are located at acute angle to axis of symmetry of the diamond-shape strap 0₃-0₃ and are lines of bending at distance from each other equal to length of pockets with curvilinear form over internal surface of the hollow tunnel of spiral housing. Sections in form of rings are connected by sides of the trapeziums.
