FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the formation method of an aerial vehicle (AV) flight trajectory. For trajectory formation, a flight route in the form of a sequence of navigation points (NP) set by a location data is downloaded from an onboard database and plotted on an electronic terrain map; NPs are connected by straight-line trajectories and the set route is formed; if necessary, NPs are specifically interconnected by arbitrary trajectories (AT), decomposition of ATs to several specifically interconnected straight-line microtrajectories (SLM) is performed, location date of each interconnection point of SLM is defined, interconnection points of SLM are remembered in the onboard database as additional NPs, and they are used later as equivalents to the main NPs.
EFFECT: invention provides the improvement of process automation of AV control during a flight along a trajectory of complicated geometry.
