The floor in premises is made on an elastic foundation and includes a mounting plate made of concrete reinforced by vibration damping material, which is mounted on the base floor slab with cavities made through layers of vibration damping material and waterproofing material with a gap relative to the load-bearing walls of the industrial premise. At that, the individual sound absorber is spherical and contains sound absorbers of active and reactive type, placed on a two part rigid frame: lower reactive and upper active.
