FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a ball with an axial through hole and a side hole perpendicular to the axial hole and connected thereto, a cylindrical body with side holes, sealing plates the outer side of which has a cylindrical shape, and the inner - a ball shape groove, a drive for the ball to rotate within the housing. The ball is made truncated, above and below bounded by parallel planes perpendicular to the through hole axis and composite of three parts: two spherical segments diametrically opposite on the ball edges, one of which is a side opening and the central portion of which has an axial through hole. The central part side surface is limited by a cylinder. Surfaces separating the ball components are parallel and coaxial with the through hole axis. The sealing plates are formed as diametrically opposite parts of the cylindrical body side surface which has a side opening, the axis of which coincides with the ball shape groove axis in the housing wall.
EFFECT: simplified design, higher operating reliability.
