FIELD: aviation.

SUBSTANCE: power plant consists of an input device, a turbocharger with air bleed behind the compressor for the turbine blades cooling, an output device. The turbocharger has a pressure ratio of the compressor not more than four, one stage of the turbine. The air is cooled in the air-to-air cooler, which has the dividing surface in the form of the aircraft cover, under which the air ducts combined with input and output receivers to which the air is supplied and discharged are placed. Receivers are interconnected with a supercharger, which pumps a part of the air from the output receiver to the input receiver, a mixer is installed on the output from the output receiver. Compressor rotation reduced frequency is kept constant throughout the operating range of altitudes and aircraft flight speeds.

EFFECT: possibility to extend the application range according to the flight speed up to four Mach numbers, to increase overall efficiency.
