SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by adding to the device of the following items: a calculator, a unit for calculation of combinational components, a scanning receiver with antenna, frequency synthesizers, analog-to-digital converter, a unit for storage of plans of communication with an external input, a main (inter-unit) bus with links.
EFFECT: expansion of functionality, namely in interactive selection of operating frequencies, not only taking into account the minimum frequency separation like in a prototype, but also taking into account the availability of components and the combination of the current interference situation that provides a communication plan.
