SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite material reinforcing element (10) with π-shaped cross-section production method; the method includes performing of threads layers first set by means of three-dimensional weaving, connected to each other to form fibrous workpiece (102) first part intended for pre-molded base workpiece formation, performing threads layers second set by means of three-dimensional weaving, connected to each other to form fibrous workpiece (104) second part, intended for stiffeners pre-molded workpiece formation; wherein second set threads are connected by means of weaving with first set threads on first central disengagement strip (106), expanding towards fibrous workpiece first part side edges (102a) at level of zone (108, 110), corresponding to base step; wherein fibrous workpiece two parts forming to produce fibrous pre-molded workpiece (100) in form of single part contains part, forming base pre-molded workpiece, and part forming stiffener pre-molded workpiece, and resin arrangement in fibrous pre-molded workpiece by means of female die.

EFFECT: invention also relates to reinforcing element with π-shaped cross-section made using this method.
